It is suitable for research and development by DC charging pile manufacturers, on-site acceptance/patrol inspection by third-party testing institutions, and on-site acceptance testing by DC charging pile buyers and testing units; The practical functions it has avoid problems such as inconvenient testing and incomplete testing content caused by using an actual electric vehicle as a testing device, and can also avoid damage to the testing vehicle due to charging pile failures.

1.Simulate the EV part of a CCS implementation in order to perform or simulation charging session following ISO15118 and DIN SPEC70121; Standard EU DC charging socket to simulate EV as part of CCS.
2.(Optional) The tester has a built-in wireless WiFi function, and the upper computer can conduct remote wireless testing through connecting the device's WiFi; Optional multi-channel high-precision high-speed waveform acquisition module to meet the needs of equipment interoperability testing; The battery compatibility of the charging pile can be tested by simulating the battery voltage.
3.Upper computer software, which can save communication message data and set message communication data; Support the display of charging voltage, current, power, status, and charging sequence diagram; Support EVCC parameter setting, EVSE parameter display, and message cycle setting.
4.It can collect charging voltage, current, guidance signal, etc; With dedicated calibration terminals, various methods can be used for verification; Equipped with a high-power output load interface to facilitate the connection of load equipment; The vehicle control guidance circuit simulation function truly simulates the vehicle charging process.
