Product Overview 
Saiter AST9000-DC series is a dedicated for testing EV DC charger in production process, mainly used for debugging and functional verification of DC charger following standards NB/T 33008.1-2018 / IEC61851 / SAE J1772 / CHAdeMO -1.0.1, is applicable to manufacturers of E-vehicle chargers, and can be widely used in charging facility manufacturers, power departments. Measurement units at all levels conduct preliminary research, development, commissioning, and factory testing of DC charger for electric vehicles. The series AST9000-DC includes test system and program controlled resistive load, program controlled AC power supply, configuration system software, etc..

Product Features

Equipped with power analyzer and other instruments and equipment to collect and accurately record test data; The upper computer is easy to operate, and can implement the charging handshake function of the charging pile, parameter configuration function during the charging configuration phase, monitoring during the charging phase, and display of real-time messages. With the message parsing function, it can export test messages for analyzing the working status of the charging pile and diagnosing abnormal faults;

Integrated with charging interface simulator, battery voltage simulator, BMS communication simulation, CAN message acquisition module, embedded controller, and other devices, it fully simulates the charging circuit of electric vehicles, realizing the test by inserting a gun, avoiding the complex connection of multiple devices before; Prepare high-power output load terminals for convenient connection to aging equipment such as programmable loads; Equipped with power analyzer and other instruments and equipment to collect and accurately record test data;3.
2. Developed in strict accordance with GB/T 27930-2015, NB/T33008.1-2018 Charging Pile Agreement; Equipped with vehicle control guidance circuit simulation function, simulating communication between BMS and charger, identifying handshake, parameter configuration, charging stage, and charging end messages; 5. The equipment has a cabinet type structure with a standard charging gun socket. The socket definition meets the requirements specified in the NB/T 33008.1-2018 / IEC61851 / SAE J1772 / CHAdeMO -1.0.1 standard and meets the on-site charging pile testing requirements; Built-in battery voltage simulation device, with a range of DC OV-1000V. Customers can set it according to actual needs to meet the simulation function of charging pile startup voltage. 
3. Equipped with an electric vehicle charging simulation circuit, with insulation fault simulation function, and insulation monitoring function;
With an emergency stop button, it can cut off all equipment control circuits in an emergency to ensure safety;.
6. The system software realizes control operations, which can implement communication operations on all instruments and equipment, achieve automatic testing, and output test reports and record test data after testing.
